Contract
All requests for services by owners or owner’s agents [nominated representative and/or Strata Council of Owners] will be billed on an hourly rate in increments of five minutes.
Services can be requested by the client and/or its legal representative in writing or verbally [verbal service requests must be acknowledged in writing by either party]. All requests, whether being formal or informal, will form a service contract between the client and Alliance FM-WA. This contract for the provision of services PDF link is below.
Billing
Alliance’s billing is done two ways:
1. Fixed monthly fee covering regular monthly duties as agreed with owners and all special projects above regular duties will be billed on an hourly rate in increments of five minutes.
2. Billed on an hourly rate in increments of five minutes. Billable time less than one hour accumulated over a 2-month calendar period will be billed as an hour minimum.
Invoicing
All invoices are payable within 14 days.
Unpaid invoices will incur interest charges at a rate of 10% per annum after 30 days from date of original invoice.
